What are credits?
Credits are the currency used within mr.tuto when buying or selling courses. Credits can be bought on the website and are added to your account. Everytime you buy a course the respective credits are taken off your account, on the other hand if somebody buys a course off you then the credits are added to your account.


How can I register myself in mr.tuto?
Just enter www.mrtuto.com webpage and register yourself on line for free.


What is the difference between a „student“ profile and a „teacher“ profile?
„Students“ can only book courses, whereas „teachers“ can also publish and sell courses of their own.


How can I publish a course?
Just access mr.tuto webpage as a teacher, then select „Courses“ from the menu at the top and then „add a new course“. For every course a title, a category, a duration and a price must be defined. Alternatively access the webpage and select „Dashboard“ from the main menu, then „My courses as a teacher“ and „Add a new Course“.


How can I book a course?
Access the webpage, select „Courses“ from the menu on top and browse the categories. When one category is selected, the available courses are shown and can be booked.


How do I know that one of my courses has been booked?
mr.tuto will send you an emil to inform you that a student has booked your course.


How do I change credits into real money?
Access the webpage and select „My credits“ from the main menu, then „Refund Credits“. For this procedure you must have filled in your bank account details in the registration form. NOTE: Only teachers can ask to refund credits.


How can I publish a course which has already expired?
Access the webpage and select „My courses timetable“ from the main menu. Click on the required date and fill in the form with the necessary details (duration, repetition, which course out of the ones previously published), then select „Add“.


How long do credits last?
Credits last one year from the date of purchase. Mr.tuto will advise you oft he approaching expiration date.
